If you did not receive your invitation until 30th November 2025, please contact office@forumclubhandball.com<\/p>\n<h3>13.5.2025: Call for Nomination<\/h3>\n<p>The 32nd General Assembly of Forum Club Handball (FCH) will take place on the fringes of the <strong>Machineseeker<\/strong> EHF Champions League Final4 event in Cologne on 15th June 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>FCH Member clubs are requested to nominate (<a href=\"mailto:nomination@forumclubhandball.com\">nomination@forumclubhandball.com<\/a> ) candidate as FORUM CLUB HANDBALL (FCH) Board Member until 1<sup>st<\/sup> June 2025 at the latest.<\/p>\n<p>The GA will elect FCH Board members according to the \u2018EHF\/FCH Club Competitions Ranking\u2019 as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The clubs from the nation ranked 1<sup>st<\/sup> (GER) in the \u2018EHF\/FCH Club Competitions Ranking\u2019 will have two Board members.<\/li>\n<li>The clubs from the nation ranked 2<sup>nd<\/sup> (ESP) in the \u2018EHF\/FCH Club Competitions Ranking\u2019 will have two Board members.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The clubs from the nations ranked 3 &#8211; 9 (POL, FRA, DEN, HUN, POR, CRO, ROU) in the \u2018EHF\/FCH Club Competitions Ranking\u2019 will have four Board members.<\/li>\n<li>The clubs from the nations ranked 10 &#8211; 18 (MKD, SLO, NOR, UKR, BLR, SWE, SUI, ISL, RUS) in the \u2018EHF\/FCH Club Competitions Ranking\u2019 will have two Board members.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The clubs from the nations ranked 19 &#8211; 30 (GRE, SRB, SVK, AUT, FIN, BIH, TUR, NME, ISR, CZE, ITA, LUX) in the \u2018EHF Club Competitions\u2019 will have one Board member.<\/li>\n<li>The clubs from the nations ranked 31-50 in the \u2018EHF\/FCH European-Cup ranking\u2019 (CYP, EST, KOS, NED, &#8230;) will have one Board member.<\/li>\n<li>The clubs will elect one Board member, representing clubs from other continents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Every member club of FCH may propose one candidate as Board member of FCH.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates have to confirm their willingness to become elected. Every candidate has the right to present himself to the GA. The time for this presentation may be limited by the Election Supervisor.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates do not have to be present to become elected.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2018Call for Nomination\u2019 for Board members opens today and closes on 1<sup>ST<\/sup> June 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The nomination must be submitted during this period by e-mail to<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:nomination@forumclubhandball.com\"><strong>nomination@forumclubhandball.com<\/strong><\/a><strong><u>, indicating name, age and position in the club. The nomination must contain the consent of the candidate. The candidate must be member of the board or CEO of his club and needs a sufficient knowledge of English language. <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The candidates will be published on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.forumclubhandball.com\">www.forumclubhandball.com<\/a>\u00a0on 2<sup>nd<\/sup> June 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The elections will be conducted according to the \u2018Election Order\u2019 during the 32<sup>nd<\/sup> \u00a0General Assembly (GA) in Hyatt Hotel K\u00f6ln, 15<sup>th<\/sup> June 2025 from 9:30h \u2013 14:00h.<\/p>\n<p>Further office holders as<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FCH President 1<\/li>\n<li>FCH Vice-Presidents 2 (one of them to become Vice-President Finances)<\/li>\n<li>FCH Vice-President Non-Europe<\/li>\n<li>FCH Professional Handball Board representatives 2<\/li>\n<li>FCH EHF Competitions Commission representative 1<\/li>\n<li>EHFM Men\u2019s Club Board members 3<\/li>\n<li>FCH Comptroller 1<\/li>\n<li>EHFM Book keeping inspection 1<\/li>\n<li>FCH Development Group members 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>are to be nominated during the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The following positions will not be elected:<\/p>\n<p>EHFM Advisory Board 0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The 3 elected members of the MCB will elect their speaker.<\/p>\n<p>The speaker has to be approved by the FCH Board. Once the speaker is approved by the FCH Board, he will be appointed as FCH member in the Advisory Board.<\/p>\n<p>EHF\/M-FCH-Infront Strategy Committee 0<\/p>\n<p>The 3 elected members of the MCB will elect their speaker.<\/p>\n<p>The speaker has to be approved by the FCH Board. Once the speaker is approved by the FCH Board, he will be appointed as FCH member in EHF\/M FCH Infront Strategy Committee.<\/p>\n<p>FCH Development project Chairman 0<\/p>\n<p>The Board member Nations ranked 19-30 will chair the Working Group Development.<\/p>\n<p>EHFM Men\u2019s Club Board deputies 0<\/p>\n<p>The FCH Board may appoint 2-3 EHFM Men\u2019s Club Board deputies in order to have a balanced representation of interests.<\/p>\n<p>FCH Representative in the EHF\/M FCH-Evaluation Group 0<\/p>\n<p>The FCH Representative in the EHF\/EHFM Evaluation Group will be appointed by the FCH Board.<\/p>\n<p>Active FCH member clubs will be eligible to vote if<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the club representative is physically present and<\/li>\n<li>the representative present is nominated by the club via e-mail to (<a href=\"mailto:office@forumclubhandball.com\">office@forumclubhandball.com<\/a>) latest 3 days before the meeting and<\/li>\n<li>the club has stated that the club representative is a member of the club Board.<\/li>\n<li>the club has paid all FCH fees (if there are any)<\/li>\n<li>the club is not under suspension<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Election Supervisor must prepare a list of members eligible to vote at the election.<\/p>\n<p>Active members of FCH are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Champions League clubs season 24\/25<\/li>\n<li>the Champions League clubs season 23\/24<\/li>\n<li>the European League clubs season 24\/25<\/li>\n<li>the EHF Cup clubs season 23\/24<\/li>\n<li>the top 16 EHF Cup clubs season 24\/25<\/li>\n<li>the top 16 EHF Cup clubs season 23\/24<\/li>\n<li>all National Champions 2024 + 2025<\/li>\n<li>all non-European members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Passive members of FCH are the clubs which fulfilled the criteria listed above in the past and do not fulfill them at the date of the General Assembly.<\/p>\n<p>The active members of FCH have different numbers of voting rights according to their sportive success as follows (taking in account the better result of current and previous season):<\/p>\n<p>4 votes: Champions League clubs season 24\/25 and\/or 23\/24<\/p>\n<p>2 votes: \u00a0EHF European League Group phase clubs season 24\/25 and\/or 23\/24<\/p>\n<p>2 votes: Non-European clubs<\/p>\n<p>1 vote:\u00a0\u00a0 EHF European League Qualification phase season 24\/25 and\/or 23\/24<\/p>\n<p>1 vote:\u00a0\u00a0 Top 16 EHF Cup club season 24\/25 and\/or 23\/24<\/p>\n<p>1 vote: \u00a0\u00a0All\u00a0National Champions 2024 + 2025<\/p>\n<p>It is not possible to delegate the vote to a third person (or club).\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Passive members have no voting rights.<\/p>\n<p>G. After the assembly all participants are invited to attend the Finals of the EHF Champions League Final4 event.<\/p>\n<p>Invitations will be delivered to the FCH member clubs in April 2022.<\/p>\n<h4>14.10.21 25th General Assembly to take place in Budapest on 28th\/29th January 2022<\/h4>\n<p>The FCH Board decided to organize the 25th ordinary General Assembly in Anantara New York Palace Hotel in Budapest. Invitations will be delivered to the FCH member clubs in November 2021.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>11.5.21 24th FCH General Assembly moved to Athens<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The FCH Board decided in conference call to move the 24th General Assembly from Cologne to Athens. Due to Pandemic restrictions it would not have been possible to organize the event in Cologne on the fringes of the EHF CL Final4 event. The participants would not have been able to attend the F4 matches. The FCH Board adopted a proposal of AEK Athens to organize the General Assembly in Athens on 15th and 16th June 21.<\/p>\n<p>All FCH member clubs were informed accordingly. In the afternoon the participants will attend the Semifinals of the EURO 2016. In the afternoon all club representatives will attend the Semi-Finals of the VELUX EHF Championsleague Final4 event.\u00a0The 12<sup>th<\/sup> General Assembly will take place on Sunday, 31<sup>st<\/sup> May 2015 from 9.30 \u2013 14.00 hours in the hotel. All participants are invited to attend the Finals of the VELUX EHF Championsleague season 2014\/15.\u00a0\u00a0A detailed agenda will be delivered in the near future (and published on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forumclubhandball.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">www.forumclubhandball.com<\/span><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>FCH will cover the costs for one hotel room (max two persons, one night, incl. breakfast). FCH will cover the costs for one VELUX EHF Final4 ticket per club. Every club will have to cover its own travel expenses. The price for the Friday night 30.\/31.5 will be about 149 Euros, the price for the Sunday night 1.\/2.6.14 will be about 149 Euros including breakfast for a single room. FCH does not cover any transport cost (such as car, taxi or flights).
