Dear members of FCH, 

herewith we invite all FCH member clubs to the 34^th General Assembly of Forum Club Handball, taking place on the fringes of the TruckScout24 EHF Final4 event. The General Assembly which deals with matters of interest for European Top Handball Clubs will be held in:

We invite all active members of FCH which are:

• the National champions 2025 of all EHF member federations and
• the participating clubs of the EHF Champions League in season 24/25 or 25/26 and
• the participating clubs of the EHF European League in season 24/25 or season 25/26 and
• the participating top 16 clubs of the EHF European Cup in season 24/25 or still active in 25/26.

Due to limitation of the hotel rooms, this year we are in official EHF hotel. Priority will be given to the member clubs who are fulfilling above mention criteria.

The arrival of the participants is scheduled Saturday, 13^th June 2026 in the morning. Saturday afternoon all club representatives will attend the Semi-Finals of the TruckScout24 EHF Final4 event.

The 34^rd General Assembly will take place on Sunday, 14^th June 2026 from 9:30 – 13:30 hours. After the assembly all participants are invited to attend the Finals of the TruckScout24 EHF Final4 event. Departure is scheduled after the Finals.

FCH will cover the costs for one hotel room (max two people, incl. breakfast) for one night (13./14.6.26). 

FCH will cover the costs for one TruckScout24 EHF Final4 event ticket per club. Every club will have to cover its own travel expenses. FCH does not cover any transport cost (such as car, taxi or flights).

The costs for a second VIP ticket will be 450 Euro if we have tickets available. Please indicate your wish for a second ticket together with your registration. We will deliver the confirmation for a second ticket on 5^th  May 2026. No club will receive more than one extra ticket. The tickets will be delivered to the participants on 13^th June 2026 between 12-14h in the Hotel lobby. Extra tickets have to be paid CASH.

If you registered for the meeting and do not attend the meeting without having cancelled your participation until 28^th May 2026, we will charge you 450 Euros per  VIP TruckScout24 EHF Final4 ticket. In case of NO SHOW, cost per hotel room will be 300 Euros per night.

FCH can NOT guarantee ticket/hotel if your club registers at later stage.

Every FCH member club is welcome to forward topics/motions to the agenda until 16^th April 2026 at the latest.
