Dear members of WFCH,
herewith we invite all WFCH member clubs to the 23rd General Assembly of Women Forum Club Handball, taking place on the fringes of the Women IHF World Championship event in Rotterdam, Netherlands on 12/13th December 2025.
The General Assembly which deals with matters of interest for European Top Women Handball Clubs will be held in:

on Saturday, 13th December 2025 from 9.30 till 13.30 hours.
We invite all active members of WFCH which are:
the National champions 2025 of all EHF member federations and
the participating clubs of the EHF Champions League in season 24/25 or 25/26 and
the participating clubs of the EHF European League in season 24/25 or season 25/26 and
the participating top 16 clubs of the EHF European Cup in season 24/25 or still active in 25/26.
The arrival of the participants is scheduled Friday, 12th December 2025 in the morning. Friday afternoon all club representatives will attend the Semi-Finals event.
The 23rd General Assembly will take place on Saturday, 13th December 2025 from 9.30 – 13.30 hours in the POSTILLION HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTRE WTC ROTTERDAM.
Departure of the participants is scheduled after the General Assembly .
WFCH will cover the costs for one hotel room (max two people, incl. breakfast) for one night (12./13.12.25). You will have to pay additional nights on your own. If you want to stay for additional nights (arrive earlier or depart later) please book your stay in the hotel directly.
FCH will cover the costs for one VIP ticket per club. The costs for a second VIP ticket will be 350 EUR, if the tickets will be available. Please indicate your wish for a second ticket together with your registration. No club will receive more than one extra ticket. The tickets will be delivered to the participants Friday 12th December 2025 between 12-15h in the Hotel lobby. Extra tickets have to be paid CASH.
Every club will have to cover its own travel expenses. FCH does not cover any transport cost (such as car, taxi or flights).
Important notice: If you register for the meeting and cannot attend the meeting, please inform as soon as soon as possible but no later than until Thursday, 20th November 2025.
If you registered for the meeting and do not attend the meeting without having cancelled your participation on time, we will charge you 550 EUR (200 EUR hotel + 350 EUR VIP ticket).
We kindly ask you to register for the meeting via bellow link until Thursday, 6th November 2025 at the latest.
FCH can NOT guarantee ticket/hotel if your club registers at later stage.
Every FCH member club is welcome to forward topics/motions until 20th October 2025.
