Dear handball friends,

Dear members of FCH,

herewith we invite all FCH member clubs to the 35^th General Assembly of Forum Club Handball, taking place on the fringes of the 30th IHF Men’s Handball World Championship 2027 event, Munich / Germany.

The General Assembly which deals with matters of interest for European Top Handball Clubs will be held in:

on Sunday, 17^th January 2027 from 9:30 to 13:30 hours.

We invite all active members of FCH which are:

• the National champions 2026 of all EHF member federations and
• the participating clubs of the EHF Champions League in season 25/26 or 26/27 and
• the participating clubs of the EHF European League in season 25/26 or season 26/27 and
• the participating top 16 clubs of the EHF European Cup in season 25/26 or still active in 26/27.

The arrival of the participants is scheduled Saturday, 16^th January 2027 during the day. Saturday afternoon all club representatives will attend the Preliminary Round Group C matches.

The 35^th General Assembly will take place on Sunday, 17^th January 2027 from 9:30 to 13:30 hours in the Eurostars Grand Central Hotel.

Departure of the participants is scheduled after the General Assembly .

FCH will cover the costs for one hotel room (max. two people, incl. breakfast) for one night (16^th to 17^th/January). If you want to stay for additional nights, please indicate the preferred booking arrangement on the registration form. You will have to pay additional nights on your own.

FCH will cover the costs for one VIP ticket per club. The costs for a second VIP ticket will be approximately 250 EUR, if the tickets will be available. Please indicate your wish for a second ticket together with your registration. No club will receive more than one extra ticket. The tickets will be delivered to the participants Saturday, 16^th January 2027between 12:00 and 14:00h in the Hotel lobby. The cost of the extra ticket will be invoiced by FCH and has to be paid by bank transfer until Wednesday , 16^th December 2026 at the latest.  

Every club will have to cover its own travel expenses. FCH does not cover any transport costs (such as car, taxi or flights).

We kindly ask you to register for the meeting via the following link by Monday 23^th November 2026 at the latest. FCH can NOT guarantee ticket/hotel if your club registers at later stage.

Important notice: If you registered for the meeting and cannot attend the meeting, please inform as soon as soon as possible but no later than until Monday 30^th November 2026.

If you registered for the meeting and do not attend the meeting without having cancelled your participation on time, we will charge you approximately 500 EUR (250 EUR hotel per night + 250 EUR VIP ticket).

Every FCH member club is welcome to forward topics/motions for the agenda until 16^th December 2026 at the latest.
