The 19th General Assembly of Women FCH will take place on the fringes of the IHF World Championship on 16th December 2023 in the morning.

Arrival of the participants will be on 15th December 2023 in the morning. In the afternoon the participants will attend the two Semifinals.

Members of WFCH are:

  • The EHF Champions League clubs 23/24 + 22/23
  • The EHF European League Clubs 23/24 + 22/23
  • The 16 Top EHF European Cup Clubs 23/24 + 22/23
  • all National Champions of season 22/23

FCH will cover the costs for one IHF World Championship Semifinals ticket and one hotel room for one night per club.

13.1.2023: 18th General Assembly of Women FCH to take place in Budapest on 3/4th June 2023. 

The 18th General Assembly of Women FCH will take place on the fringes of the EHF Champions League Final4 on 4th June 2023 in the morning.

Arrival of the participants will be on 3rd June 2023 in the morning. In the afternoon the participants will attend the two Semifinals. After the General Assembly the participants of the General Assembly will attend the finals of the EHF CL 22/23. The invitation will be delivered to the member clubs in April 2023.

6.11.22 Information of the Election Supervisor

During the upcoming 17th General Assembly one new Board member of the nations ranked 10-18 (SWE, SLO, CZE, POL, TUR, MKD, ESP, BLR, SRB) will be elected.

Two applications for this position were received:

   Albrechtson, Stefan/Savehof – Sweden

   Dodevski, Filip/WHC Kumanovo – North Macedonia

Both nominations are accepted.

The elections will be conducted according to the ‘FCH Election Order’ during the 17th General Assembly (GA) in Hotel Intercontinental, Ljubljana, on 19th November 2022 from 9:30h – 14:00h.

20.10.22 17th General Assembly of Women FCH – Information of the Election supervisor

During the 17th General Assembly of Women FCH elections of one Board member nations ranked 10-18 (SWE, SLO, CZE, POL, TUR, MKD, ESP, BLR, SRB) will be conducted.

As the election supervisor I ask you on behalf of our organization to nominate your candidate as FORUM CLUB HANDBALL (FCH) Board Member until 5th November 2022 at the latest.

Every member club of FCH from the mentioned nations may propose a candidate as Board member of FCH.

Candidates have to confirm their willingness to become elected. Every candidate has the right to present himself to the GA. The time for this presentation may be limited by the Election Supervisor.

Candidates do not have to be present to become elected.

The ‘Call for Nomination’ for Board members closes on 5th November 2022.

The nomination must be submitted during this period by e-mail to nomination@forumclubhandball.com, indicating name, age and position in the club. The nomination must contain the consent of the candidate. The candidate must be member of the board or CEO of his club and needs a sufficient knowledge of English language.

The candidates will be published on www.forumclubhandball.com on 7th November 2022.

The elections will be conducted according to the ‘FCH Election Order’ during the 17th General Assembly (GA) in Hotel Interconti, Ljubljana, on 19th November 2022 from 9:30h – 14:00h.

Active FCH member clubs will be eligible to vote if

  • the club representative is physically present and
  • the representative present is nominated by the club via registration link or email (office@forumclubhandball.com) latest the day before the meeting and
  • the club has stated that the club representative is a member of the club Board.
  • the club has paid all FCH fees (if there are any)
  • the club is not under suspension

The Election Supervisor must prepare a list of members eligible to vote at the election.

  • the EHF Champions League clubs season 22/23

14.10.21: 15th General Assembly of Women Forum Club Handball to take place in Barcelona on 17th/18th December 2021

The Board of FCH decided to organize the next General Assembly of Women FCH on the fringes of the IHF World Championship in Barcelona, Hotel Miramar on 17th/18th December 2021. During the General Assembly a new President and two Vice-Presidents will be elected.

The General Assembly will deal will matters of interest for Eurpean Top Women Handball Clubs. Elections of the President and two Vice-Presidents will take place during the General Assembly.

All active members of Women FCH are invited:

.       the participating clubs of the EHF DELO Champions League (CL) in season 20/21 or 21/22 and

All FCH member clubs are requested to nominate theiur candidate as WOMEN FORUM CLUB HANDBALL (Women FCH) Board Member for the following positions until 16th May 2021 at the latest:

  • The clubs from the nation ranked 1st (HUN) will have two Board members.
  • The clubs from the nation ranked 2nd (RUS) will have two Board members.
  • The clubs from the nations ranked 3 – 9 (DEN, ROU, FRA, NOR, MNE, GER, CRO) will have four Board members.
  •  The clubs from the nation ranked 10 – 18 (SWE, SLO, CZE, POL, TUR, MKD, ESP, BLR, SRB) will have two Board members.
  • The clubs from the nation ranked 19 – 30 (AUT, ITA, GRE, SUI, SVK, NED, AZE, UKR, CYP, FIN, ISL, ISR, KOS) will have one Board member.
  • The clubs from the ‘EHF Club Competitions Ranking 21/22’ ranked 31-50 (see list attached) will have one Board member.

Every member club of Women FCH may propose one candidate as Board member of Women FCH.

12.4.21 Invitation to the 14th General Assembly of Women FCH

Herewith we would like to invite all Women FORUM CLUB HANDBALL (Women FCH) member clubs  to our 14th General Assembly of Women FCH, taking place in Budapest on 29/30.5.21. We are planning to organize a meeting in person.

As the 14th General Assembly will see ordinary elections, the Board of FCH thinks it to be necessary to have an in-person meeting.

Anyhow: If – due to organizational matters/the Pandemic – we will not be able to organize the assembly or/and to provide access to the arena in Budapest, the General Assembly will be organized as a virtual meeting on Tuesday, 1st June from 9:30h – 14:00 hours. The according decision will be taken on 19th May 2021 at the latest.

The General Assembly will deal will matters of interest for European Top Women Handball Clubs. Elections of Women FCH Board members and Office holders will take place (information on elections will follow during the next days).

8.11.19: 12th General Assembly is scheduled to take place in Vienna on 18/19th January 2020.

Herewith we would like to invite all Women Forum Club Handball member clubs to the 12th General Assembly of Women Forum Club Handball (WFCH).

As you know, the FCH General Assembly usually takes place every year on the Final Weekend of the EHF EURO or of the IHF World Championship in December. As the World Championship will take place in Japan in December 2019, the Board of the FCH decided to organize the meeting on the fringes of the EHF EURO, taking place in Norway, Sweden and Austria in January 2020.

The 12nd FCH General Assembly will take place at Maxx Hotel by Steigenberger in Vienna on 18/19th January 2020. Arrival will be on Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon the participants will attend the Main Round matches of the EHF Euro 2020. The General Assembly will take place on Sunday in the morning. Departure is scheduled after the meeting. As always FCH will deliver the formal invitations by email 2 months prior to the event. The participants are requested to save the date.

15.3.2019 Invitation to the next General Assembly delivered to member clubs

Herewith we would like to invite the member clubs of Women Forum Club Handball to the 11th General Assembly. The meeting will deal will matters of interest for Eurpean Top Women Handball Clubs. The split of revenues between Champions League, European Handball League and new EHF-Cup will be discussed. Topics/motions may be added to the agenda until 21.4.2019.

Elections of FCH Board members and Office holders will take place.

Members of Women FCH are:

.       all National champions 2018 of all EHF member federations and

.       the top 16 clubs of the EHF Women Champions League (CL) in season 17/18 or 18/19 and

.       the top 32 clubs of the EHF-Cup in season 17/18 or 18/19 and

.       the top 16 clubs of the Challenge Cup in season 17/18 or 18/19

The assembly will take place on occasion of the EHF Women Champions League Final4 weekend in Budapest, Hungary at:

WFCH will cover the costs for one room (single or double) including breakfast for one night per club. WFCH will cover the costs for one ticket for all four matches per club. Every club representative will have to cover his/her own travel costs.

We kindly ask you to register for the meeting until 12th April 2019 at the latest. We will not be able to guarantee for hotel/ticket at a later stage.

16.1.2019 Next General Assembly Women Forum Club Handball to take place at NH-Hotel Budapest on 12th May 2019.

The next and 11th General Assembly of Women FCH will take place at NH-Hotel Budapest, Vígszínház u. 3. | 1137 Budapest | HUNGARY on 12th May 2019 from 9:30h – 14:00h.

Arrival is scheduled on 11th May in the morning. The participants will attend the Semifinals of the EHF Women Champions League Final4 event in the afternoon.

After the General Assembly the participants are invited to watch the final games of the WCL season 18/19.
